For those of you who just use a BlackBerry (BB), may have been surprised or confused when they learn the message or email inbox on the box suddenly disappeared. Email disappeared one by one like delete it manually. And, do not feel to delete it and deliberately kept to a necessary thing. Why did it happen?

The most likely cause of the BB’s internal memory is smaller or shrinking under 10Mb, causing BB devices to automatically delete emails or SMS is available to increase the amount of internal memory.

That happened, for example, there are several programs that keep running but not left open after use. Or features pictures, video and other ‘junk’ running out of options to make BB memory.

Temporary solution is to open the battery cover and then remove the battery to reset BB. This method is believed to remove all the piles of ‘junk’ memory against BB.

This needs to be done several times a day, especially for those who frequently use the program memory drain BB. Imagine if every day had to open / close and remove the battery, eventually closing the battery will loose BB.

To anticipate that, should have made another step that would more easily. There is now software that can replace these functions, live performed periodically, or even can be set automatically every few hours. Software name is quickpull.
